At Morrison Pump Company, we combine years of engineering knowledge and industry experience to develop pump designs that incorporate customer needs into our product features and options. Hydraulic design and focus on mechanical engineering drive our pump design, which translates into efficiency, durability, reliability and maintainability. We continually strive to improve our engineering systems using state of the art technology in computer aided design and parametric modeling, while empowering our engineers to develop new and innovative products.
MANUFACTURING & QUALITY CONTROL
At Morrison Pump Company, we begin by using the highest quality materials best suited to the application, and then transform these into finished product using advanced methods of construction. Throughout manufacturing, we pay attention to detail. Morrison Pumps are manufactured to close tolerances using large horizontal and vertical lathes, machined with advanced CNC equipment, and assembled using state of the art robotic welders. Even our standard pumps are built to most of the demanding specification standards set out by the US Army Corps of Engineers. Our Quality Control program is world-class, with ISO 9001-2000 certified manufacturing and Factory Pump Performance Testing in an Open Sump Vertical Test Laboratory per the latest ANSI/Hydraulic Institute Standards.
